Return Policy

Every Zoobee® Time Teaching Watch we sell is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of our kids watches, simply return the item(s) to us for an exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase. Returns of all kids watches must be accompanied by an original sales receipt, and item(s) must be returned in new condition with original packaging & contents. Simply send the item(s) with the original receipt along with $4.95 for shipping & handling fees (if exchanging) via UPS or insured mail to:
